A modern and luxury apartment is a perfect place to stay. In this time I will review about a contemporary apartment design which will amazed you about its design. This apartment interior design is a really fresh idea, so it can add more information for you. Who knows you need the new house one, isn’t? So give a simple break and check below!
Lately I have searched for a new idea about unique apartment, and then I found one. Completed designed by the architect Weysen & De Baere Architects. This apartment which called the Lebbeke Apartment Building design is precisely located in Fanders, Belgium. Uniquely, this contemporary apartment design is includes four units and an office which are located on the ground floor. The construction site exists of two parcels, lying back to back, each with its own entrance from the street. More images and architects’ description after the break.
I think that the city requires a solution on the site, although the parking needs can easily be projected along both of streets, it can e accessed from the Laurierstraat. The plinth is therefore cut according to an elongated parking solution. This avoids creating a frozen, closed front of garage boxes in the plinth. It also allows for the entrance of the apartment and the storage and meter rooms to be organized in the courtyard.
Along the Brusselsesteenweg, 3 apartments are planned, positioned on top of a commercial plinth. At the Laurierstraat a duplex apartment will be organized. In order to allow two sided orientation to the shop at the Brusselsesteenweg, the plinth is strategically cut and avoids any sight on the parked cars in the back.
When I see through to the image which I have got, it seemed there is no much space left on the apartment plot. In fact the two building seems look like the same. There is not much room left for the parking spaces, it is because the construction occupied most of the space. Cars can be parked along both streets but this is not just an acceptable solution. To solve that problem, the plinth is cut to make some extra space.
Well, how’s that, this is a very comfortable place to stay right? Maybe I can list this apartment in my ‘dream house’ diary because I love the design facade. Ok guys, I think it’s up, have a nice day then!
