Inner City Arts – The Beauty of Architecture in the Central City by Michael Maltzan

This building is located in downtown Los Angeles that is a center of art that stands on one hectare of land with the downtown area. Architecture is also considering Rudy Bruner award from the Rudy Bruner Foundation. This building to accommodate the convergence of thousands of artists in a real studio. Color the walls of the building is dominated by white visible light, luxurious and stately. Buildings and classrooms are arranged around a beautiful central plaza. There is a good central gathering space back from the road outside as well as functional work space for this facility, surrounded by a series of adjacent studio flexible. In this building material used by Maltzan is classic California, stucco, concrete, paint, and glass, connected with the scenery of palm trees, native plants and stone.
